Using this site
Everything here is for your own, non-commercial use. Prices, availability and descriptions are kept as accurate as we can, but they can change before a booking is confirmed.
Bookings
A stay is only confirmed once we've replied and taken a deposit. Cancellation and payment terms are set out in that confirmation, and we'll always point them out rather than bury them.
During your stay
The house is yours to enjoy and ours to look after. We ask for reasonable care of the property and consideration for neighbours and our team — the same we'd ask of a friend.
Liability
We run these houses carefully, but we can't be responsible for things outside our control. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indonesian law.
